Post-Implementation of Records/Documents Management Software:

Staff successfully implemented Records Management software, DocuWare, last year.  Progress is being made toward developing customer based processes and templates as it relates to their document archiving needs.  

Continued Development of IMS Web Page(s): 

In order to provide accurate and relevant information on the IMS web page(s) and communicate better with those who visit our site, staff continues to rework the IMS pages and audit content for the most current information.  In addition, new areas of interest, such as Technology Committees, are being added to the page design.

Technology Documentation Efforts:

Job descriptions and process documentation, including the necessary internal controls, continue to be reviewed and updated.  This work effort also includes process flowcharts, supporting documentation, such as input and output forms and standard reports.  A terms and definitions document continues to be in development.  New documentation being developed this year includes Software User Guides based on interviews of technology staff members.  This work effort is also being designed to interface with the IMS Web Page(s).
